16 Years Rooted in Dallas
Billy Rousseau is a proud Dallas native and Bishop Lynch High School alumnus who has built his company and raised his family in the heart of East Dallas. That community connection is the foundation of how RJA Construction operates.
Chanda Rousseau, RJA’s Vice President, spent 25 years in executive property management before joining the team in 2022. She brings discipline and passion to everything she does and remains deeply involved in the community, serving on her neighborhood association board, volunteering as a team manager for her daughter’s club soccer team, supporting her daughter’s school, and co-leading a church small group alongside Billy.
