Completed in 2025, Lakewood Modern Sanctuary is a one-of-a-kind, single-level modern home thoughtfully reimagined to honor its Lakewood setting while elevating everyday living. This whole-house remodel balances neighborhood identity with calm, wellness, and intentional design.

The vision was to respect the home’s modern roots while supporting the lifestyle of a sophisticated couple who value light, openness, and thoughtful living. Clean-lined interiors feature vaulted ceilings, sculptural curves, striking angles, and an open floor plan that allows spaces to breathe. A custom wood-paneled hallway with concealed storage reinforces the home’s refined, purposeful aesthetic. Interior selections were curated by the homeowners, resulting in a timeless, art-forward design.

Collaboration was essential due to the property’s unique lot shape, bringing together architectural, landscape, millwork, and steel experts. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame mature trees and blur the line between indoors and out.
