Tucked behind one of Forest Hills’ most beautifully landscaped properties, this thoughtfully designed ground up new construction pool house was created as a private extension of the home — blending recreation, wellness, and gathering spaces into one seamless family retreat.

Designed for an active, close-knit family, the structure features luxurious guest quarters alongside a multi-functional golf simulator and movie lounge, creating the perfect environment for entertainment year-round. A dedicated gaming area encourages connection and downtime, while the wellness space includes cardio and fitness amenities, complete with an aerial ribbon feature that adds both movement and artistry to the experience.

Overlooking a resort-style backyard with a stunning pool and fire feature, every detail of this project was designed to enhance the way the family lives, relaxes, and spends time together. This Forest Hills property is a true reflection of elevated family living — sophisticated, functional, and deeply personal.
